What will a call cost?
Type a number or a country to see the per-minute rate. Billed per second, no minimum charge — and calls to other Cosmiq customers are free.
South African numbers can start with 0 (e.g. 031…, 082…). For other countries type the full number with + or 00, or the country name.
Your business phone system, inside Microsoft Teams
Make and take calls on your normal business numbers straight from Teams — on desktop, mobile or a Teams desk phone. We connect Teams to Cosmiq’s voice platform, so your numbers, call rates and billing stay with us. Already a Cosmiq Voice customer? It plugs straight into your existing setup.

Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes. We port your existing geographic and national numbers across so you keep the numbers your customers already know. We manage the porting process with you to minimise any disruption.
Do I need new handsets?
Not necessarily. Our voice works with standard SIP desk phones and softphone apps on computers and mobiles. If you're starting fresh we can recommend and supply compatible handsets.
Why run voice with my internet provider?
When your voice and connectivity sit on the same network, call quality is easier to guarantee, there's a single point of support, and you get one consolidated bill. No finger-pointing between an ISP and a separate voice provider.
Where do you offer business VoIP?
We provide hosted PBX, SIP trunks and number porting to businesses across KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng, including Durban, Umhlanga and Johannesburg. Voice works best on a Cosmiq connection, where call quality is easier to guarantee; if you’re with another provider, ask us whether your line is suitable.
