How is business fibre priced?
Business Fibre runs from R699/month (25 Mbps) to R1,999/month (500 Mbps) ex VAT, plus R800 once-off installation. Premium Fibre is R5,250–R8,950/month and True DIA R9,850–R18,500/month ex VAT, on a 24-month term with R8,500 once-off. All subject to feasibility and site survey.
What about uptime and support?
Our network is monitored 24/7 by local engineers. Premium Fibre and True DIA come with a business SLA; uptime, response and restore times depend on the service you choose and are set out in your agreement.
