How to make a payment

Paying your Cosmiq account is quick and secure. Log in to your portal, then choose any Netcash method — card, instant EFT, Capitec Pay, Scan to Pay, Ozow, retail cash or 1Voucher. Here's how, step by step.

Paying your account

It's two quick steps

Log in to your Cosmiq portal to start a payment, then choose whichever Netcash method suits you. Every option is secure and most reflect instantly.

Log in & open your invoice

Sign in to your Cosmiq client portal and start the payment on the amount that's due.

Choose how to pay

Pick any Netcash method — card, instant EFT, Capitec Pay, Scan to Pay, Ozow, retail cash or 1Voucher.

You make payments from your Cosmiq client portal, which hands you over securely to Netcash.

Sign in to your portal

Go to portal.cosmiqbroadband.co.za and log in with the username (or email) and password we set up for you. Forgotten it? Use “Reset password” or message us.

Open the amount due

Go to your Finance / Invoices and find the unpaid invoice, or tap Pay / Top up. Connecta customers buy the month up front here too.

Continue to Netcash

Confirm the amount and continue. You'll be securely handed over to Netcash Pay Now, where you choose how you'd like to pay.

Choose your payment method

On the Netcash page, pick the option you'd like. Tap any method below for a step-by-step.

Credit or debit card
  1. On the Netcash page, choose Credit / debit card.
  2. Enter your card number, expiry date and CVV.
  3. Approve the 3D-Secure / OTP prompt from your bank.
  4. You'll see a success screen and return to your portal — done.

Instant EFT
  1. Choose Instant EFT and select your bank.
  2. Log in to your internet banking inside the secure window.
  3. Approve the payment — no need to add Cosmiq as a beneficiary.
  4. Payment is confirmed immediately.

Capitec Pay
  1. Choose Capitec Pay.
  2. Enter your Capitec-registered cellphone number.
  3. Open your Capitec app and approve the payment request.
  4. You're done — confirmation is instant.

Scan to Pay (QR)
  1. Choose Scan to Pay — a QR code appears on screen.
  2. Open your banking app's scan / QR feature.
  3. Scan the code and confirm the amount in your app.
  4. Payment reflects right away.

Ozow
  1. Choose Ozow and select your bank.
  2. Log in securely and approve the payment.
  3. Ozow confirms the payment instantly.
  4. You return to your portal automatically.

Retail cash (SCode)
  1. Choose Retail / SCode — you'll get a payment code and reference.
  2. Take your cash to a participating store (major supermarket tills).
  3. Give the cashier your SCode and pay the amount.
  4. Your account updates once the payment reflects.

1Voucher
  1. Buy a 1Voucher online or at a participating retailer.
  2. On the Netcash page choose 1Voucher.
  3. Enter your 16-digit voucher PIN.
  4. Redeem it to settle your Cosmiq account.
