How does installation work?
Once your address is confirmed as covered, we schedule an install with our own field team. In most areas we run aerial fibre to the home, terminate on the ONU router and have you online the same visit. We'll confirm any install fee and lead time up front — no surprises on the day.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
Home fibre is month-to-month — there's no fixed-term lock-in. Activation and any once-off install fee are confirmed before we book your installation, so you always know the full cost before committing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Because everything is month-to-month, you can move up or down the speed tiers as your household's needs change. Email us before your billing date and we'll apply the change for the next cycle.
What do the symmetrical speeds actually mean for me?
Most networks give you a fast download and a slow upload. Ours are symmetrical — so video calls, cloud backups, gaming and working from home all get the same headroom in both directions. A 100 Mbps package is 100 Mbps up and down.
